In the winter of 2020, the life of 19-year-old Keon Dunlap was tragically cut short in Indianapolis. On the evening of Friday, December 18th, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to a gas station in the 5200 block of East 38th Street around 7 p.m. following a report of a person shot. Upon their arrival, they found Keon Dunlap with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.
