Saad Dine Riha, a 32-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, died on August 9, 2024, due to gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in the evening when Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers and medics were called to the 4100 block of Shore Drive, a business area on the city’s northwest side, following a report of a person shot around 8:35 p.m..
