In the late summer of 2018, the life of 21-year-old Christopher Milbrook, a male resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was cut tragically short. On the evening of August 12th, a violent encounter unfolded on the city's northwest side, leaving Milbrook and two other young men dead from gunshot wounds. The incident, which took place near the intersection of 26th Street and Ethel Avenue, shattered the calm of the neighborhood and launched a complex homicide investigation.
