Christopher Milbrook, a 21-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on August 12, 2018. He was one of three victims in a fatal shooting that occurred on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The incident took place shortly after a popular jazz festival at Watkins Park, which had drawn a large crowd.
