Tyshune LaQuan Neely, a 28-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on August 29, 2021. Tyshune was born on September 15, 1992, in South Bend, Indiana, to his parents Tasha Fultz and Arthur Neely. He was known for his compassionate, loving, and caring nature, as well as his passion for cooking.
