Raul Castaneda-Martinez, a 36-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2014. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 1300 block of East Minnesota Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Castaneda-Martinez with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
