In the early morning hours of September 30, 2014, the life of 36-year-old Raul Castaneda-Martinez was tragically cut short in Indianapolis, Indiana. A Hispanic male, Castaneda-Martinez was at a bonfire gathering behind a house in the 1300 block of East Minnesota Street when gunfire erupted.
