Death by Force

On April 1, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred on the southwest side of Indianapolis, resulting in the death of 39-year-old Dustin Wesley Soubeih. The incident happened shortly after 6 p.m. in the 1300 block of Kappes Street, near West Morris Street and South Belmont Avenue. When officers responded to the scene, they found a man who had apparently been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
