In the early morning hours of January 25, 2021, the life of 25-year-old De’rell Davontae Lamar Brown was tragically cut short. The young man, a resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was found shot outside his own apartment in the Stonebrook Commons complex, located near the intersection of 30th Street and German Church Road on the city's east side.
