De'Rell Davontae Lamar Brown, a 25-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2021. Brown was found shot in the parking lot of his apartment complex on the east side of Indianapolis. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
