A 31 year old father is shot and killed in a double homicide
On a quiet Thursday in Indianapolis, the 22nd of September, 2016, a shocking discovery shattered the peace of a northwest side neighborhood. Inside a home in the 3500 block of Soaring Eagle Court, 31-year-old Vincent Grant and 39-year-old Victoria Valdez were found dead. A teenage boy, a friend of Valdez's son, made the grim discovery when he went to check on his friend who hadn't been on the school bus.
