A 31 year old father is shot and killed in a double homicide
Vincent Grant, aged 31, was tragically killed on September 22, 2016, in Indianapolis, Indiana, along with his friend, Victoria Valdez. Both were found dead in Victoria's home, located in the 3500 block of Soaring Eagle Court on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) classified the incident as a double homicide after they were alerted to the scene by a concerned teenager from the neighborhood.
