In the summer of 2015, the life of 26-year-old Dewandale D. Crittenden was cut short in a burst of violence on the streets of Indianapolis. On the early morning of Saturday, July 18th, Crittenden was driving near the intersection of 38th Street and Keystone Avenue when he was struck by gunfire. The fatal shots ended his life, leaving behind a grieving family and a community searching for answers.
