John Easley, age 27, was shot and killed on July 12, 2017, in a double homicide that occurred on Indianapolis's northeast side. The incident took place around 11:00 a.m. in the 2900 block of Caroline Avenue. Officers found John Easley and Mark Secrest Jr., age 25, at the scene, with both victims already deceased from gunshot wounds.
