Death by Force

On July 15, 2024, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 5700 block of West Ray Street, near the Cloverleaf Apartments on the city’s southwest side. Upon arrival, they found a man, identified as 52-year-old Robert W. Dunn, suffering from gunshot wounds. Dunn was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries.
