another driver escalated with deadly consequences. A man in a red Nissan Altima fired shots into Hendricks' van, striking him in the head. For two weeks, his family held onto hope as he fought for his life on life support. Their hopes were sadly dashed when he succumbed to his injuries and his life support was turned off.
In the wake of the shooting, police began a search for the person responsible. The suspect was described as a white male in his mid-30s with a full red beard and mustache. Security cameras from a nearby business captured images of the red Nissan Altima fleeing the scene. Despite the availability of these details and the pleas from Hendricks' family for anyone with information to come forward, the suspect has remained at large. To date, there have been no arrests announced in the shooting death of Reginald Hendricks, leaving his family still searching for justice for their only child whose smile, they said, could light up a room.
