In the summer of 2016, the life of 40-year-old Senteayehou Henry, a male with a passion for music and business, was tragically cut short. On Monday, August 1, 2016, he was found deceased inside his residence in the 3700 block of North Chester Avenue in Indianapolis. The discovery was made by his mother after his girlfriend, returning from a trip, found the back door of the home ajar and alerted her.
He had been fatally shot.
At the time of the initial investigation, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department had not publicly identified any suspects or made any arrests in connection with the homicide. The authorities were hopeful that security cameras installed around Henry's home might provide crucial leads to identify the person or persons responsible for his death. His family, devastated by the loss of the eldest of his siblings, made an emotional plea to the public for any information that could lead to an arrest and expressed their hope that the perpetrator would come forward.
