On April 16, 2023, 45-year-old Brian Jackson was found fatally shot in a car that had crashed on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred near the intersection of 38th Street and Franklin Road, where Jackson's vehicle had run off the east side of Franklin Road and hit a fence.
Jackson was discovered inside the car shortly after 3 a.m. by authorities, who reported that he appeared to have been shot. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
