George Qualls III, a 22-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2021. The incident occurred during a violent night in Indianapolis that saw multiple shootings. George Qualls III and 17-year-old Jaivin Hoskin were fatally shot near West 71st Street and North Michigan Road on the northwest side of the city.
