Eugene Dobbin, a 15-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2017. According to reports, Eugene was shot to death by a relative as he attempted to sneak back into his home early in the morning. This incident was part of a particularly violent weekend in Indianapolis, during which six people were killed. The circumstances surrounding Eugene's death were especially heartbreaking, as it was revealed that he was mistaken for an intruder by his relative.
