Blake Deion Davenport, a 25-year-old male of Black ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex at 9955 Buffalo Speedway. The incident occurred when Davenport confronted Jerel R. Banks, a 21-year-old suspect, whom he believed had broken into his vehicle twice. An argument ensued, and Banks pulled out a gun, shooting Davenport multiple times.
