Thornton Jack Bivens, a 60-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on April 17, 2017. The incident occurred at his place of work, where he was fatally shot by Russell Cormier, a 53-year-old man who was later identified as the suspect. Cormier was involved in a violent crime spree that spanned over two days, during which he also killed his estranged wife, Fannie McWhite, and shot his neighbor, Roshal Barley.
