In the winter of 2021, the life of Kelly Randolph, a 34-year-old man from Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically cut short. On the late evening of February 3rd, or in the early hours of February 4th, Randolph was fatally wounded by gunfire. The shooting occurred in front of a residence near the intersection of 75th Terrace and Troost Avenue, a detail that would be echoed in initial news reports of the violent incident.
