Death by Force

On October 30, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred at an apartment complex on the northwest side of Indianapolis. The incident took place in the 3000 block of West 39th Street, near West Kessler Boulevard North Drive, around 1 a.m. When officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) arrived, they found a male victim who had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
