On the early morning of October 30, 2023, police officers in Indianapolis, Indiana, were dispatched to a reported disturbance on the city's northwest side. The call came in around 1:00 a.m., directing law enforcement to an apartment complex located in the 3000 block of West 39th Street, situated near the intersection of West Kessler Boulevard North Drive and 38th Street.
