In the late summer of 2023, the life of 59-year-old James Russell Hiner, a male resident of Indianapolis, came to a tragic and unsettling end. Hiner was last seen on Saturday, August 19, 2023, in the 3200 block of North Pennsylvania Street. Six days later, on August 25th, a grim discovery was made. His body was found next to a garage in the 2900 block of Indianapolis Avenue.
