Brandon Riggs, aged 36, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2019, in Indianapolis, Indiana. On that fateful day, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call around 4:19 p.m. regarding two individuals down in the 2400 block of North Rural Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Brandon Riggs and 25-year-old Natasha Jones inside a home, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
