On a grim evening in Indianapolis, the life of 19-year-old Rami Marsh was cut short. The male teenager was fatally shot on Monday, March 11, 2019, in an incident that unfolded in the 3600 block of North Illinois Street just after 7:30 p.m. When officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered two individuals who had sustained gunshot wounds.
