Rami Marsh, a 19-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 11, 2019. The incident occurred on the near north side of Indianapolis, specifically in the 3600 block of North Illinois Street. According to reports, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call around 7:30 p.m. and found two male victims at the scene.
