Evans Franklin Johnson, aged 20, was found dead on November 23, 2016, in Indianapolis. The tragic incident occurred near the intersection of 25th and Oxford streets. Johnson was discovered shot multiple times in an alley, just a few hours after his partner, Jessica Downey, was found shot in a nearby vehicle. The two were in a relationship and shared a child.
