Kristopher Kujawa, aged 49, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2021, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred at a downtown Five Guys restaurant located at 48 East Washington Street, near Monument Circle. Around 4:45 PM, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to reports of a shooting at the restaurant.
