Death by Force

On April 9, 2024, 21-year-old Mauro Antonio Quintero Mora was fatally shot on Indianapolis's northeast side. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. in the 9100 block of East 38th Place, near North Post Road. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) arrived to find Quintero outside a vehicle with gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
