Rachel Lei Ann Creed, 49, female, was found with a gunshot wound in the early morning hours of October 15, 2025, after El Paso police were called to the 2300 block of Tierra Rica in far East El Paso. Officers arrived around 1:44 a.m., and she was rushed to a local hospital, where she died from her injuries. Detectives from the Crimes Against Persons Unit took over the case the same day, identifying the scene and time, and confirming her death following transport.
