On the evening of September 7, 2018, in Indianapolis, a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving a man lifeless on the ground. The victim was 37-year-old Isaac H. Beck, a male known to some as 'White Boi'. Officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of North Keystone Avenue shortly after 9 p.m. following reports of a person shot.
