In the late hours of a Monday in Indianapolis, the life of 59-year-old Rickey Danner was tragically cut short in what police believe was a targeted act of violence. On August 14, 2023, gunshots echoed through Edmondson Avenue, prompting concerned neighbors to call 911 after discovering a man lying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
