Death by Force

Dell Howard II, a 35-year-old man from Indianapolis, Indiana, was found dead on December 9, 2018. His body was discovered lying next to a running vehicle in the 2500 block of North LaSalle Street. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to a call to check on the welfare of a man lying by the vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found Howard with apparent trauma to his body. The Marion County Coroner's Office later identified the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds.
