On the early morning of February 25, 2025, a violent incident unfolded in the Eagledale neighborhood on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana, claiming the life of 36-year-old Kristopher Rashad Somerville. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were dispatched around 12:30 a.m. to the 3400 block of Beeler Avenue, near the intersection of West 34th Street and Moller Road, following reports of a person shot.
