In the spring of 2024, the life of 20-year-old Bryan Matthew Rosa was tragically cut short in a dispute over a small debt. On the evening of April 15th, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Rosa was shot and killed. The alleged motive behind this violent act was a disagreement concerning a $100 marijuana debt. This young man, who had his whole life ahead of him, became another victim of gun violence over a trivial amount of money.
