Jimmy Baxter, a 20-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2015. He was affectionately known as "Pappy" by his friends and family. On that fateful day, Jimmy was fatally shot multiple times near 46th Street and Carrollton Avenue while at his uncle's home.
