Alfredo Noriega Banda, aged 49, was tragically shot to death on June 25, 2021, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident occurred just after midnight on the east side of the city. Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) were dispatched to the 3000 block of East Michigan Street following reports of a person shot.
