Omari Kohn, a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 12, 2020. Omari was born on July 31, 1995, in Saint Joseph, Michigan, and spent his early years in Benton Harbor. He was known for his active lifestyle and involvement in various school activities, including band, JROTC, and track. After graduating from Benton Harbor High School in 2013, he joined the Navy and later settled in Indianapolis.
