Marlin Kiser, a 29-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2022. Kiser was shot multiple times outside his apartment complex on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred at the Carriage House East Apartments, located in the 10200 block of Aristocrat North Drive. According to reports, Kiser was ambushed by Andre Johnson, who had been staking out the area for nearly two hours before the shooting.
