Wayland Coe, a 24-year-old Black/African American man, was found alongside his 12-year-old brother, Isreal “Izzy” Offett, shot inside a car just before dawn on July 12, 2025, in the 5100 block of West 38th Street near Lafayette Road on Indianapolis’ northwest side.
