Kevin Lamont Lee Stigger, a 24-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2022. The incident occurred at Champz Barbershop located on the east side of Indianapolis. On that fateful afternoon, a shooting broke out inside the barbershop, resulting in the death of Stigger and injuries to two other individuals.
