Ezekiel Watkins, an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2021, in a shooting incident. The incident occurred at a Phillips 66 gas station located on the northeast side of Indianapolis. Watkins, along with 23-year-old Frederick Small, was found suffering from gunshot wounds when Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers arrived at the scene.
