On September 7, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the 100 block of North Linwood Avenue on the east side of Indianapolis. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officers responded to a report of a person shot around 10 a.m. Upon arrival, they found two victims, Gary A.
