In the early hours of Sunday, July 6, 2025, the life of 30-year-old Jalen Stephen Williams, a male resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was tragically cut short by gun violence. Responding to a report of a person shot at approximately 12:50 a.m., officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department arrived at a home in the 1800 block of Roosevelt Avenue, on the city's near northeast side. There, on the front porch, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
