Julius Kende Parker Jr., a 19-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, was fatally shot on January 26, 2024. The incident occurred in the 3300 block of Spring Wind Lane on the city's southeast side. Police officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) were dispatched to the area around 7:45 p.m. after receiving reports of a person shot.
