On a cold February morning in Indianapolis, the life of 18-year-old Jordan Woods was tragically cut short. On February 17, 2021, police were called to the 400 block of North Walcott Street on the city's near east side just before 8 a.m. after a report of a person down. Upon arrival, they discovered Jordan Woods on the sidewalk, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
