DuVuan Lamont Love, an 18-year-old from Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on April 22, 2021. On that day, officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) responded to reports of a person shot in the 3900 block of North Butler Avenue, a residential area on the city's northeast side. Upon arrival, they found DuVuan Love inside a red Cadillac, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
