Christopher Anthony Dullen, a 26-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2016. According to reports, Christopher was shot to death around 5:20 p.m. on that day. The incident occurred in the 2400 block of Martin Luther Lane, a location on the northeast side of Indianapolis. The circumstances surrounding his death were immediately treated as a homicide, prompting an investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD).
