Terence Withers, a 35-year-old resident of Lake Charles, was arrested in connection with the death of Danielle Nichole Walker and the wounding of her son. Withers was charged with one count of second-degree murder and one count of attempted second-degree murder. A judge set his bond at over 1.2 million dollars.
