On a tragic September night in Lake Charles, Louisiana, the life of 23-year-old Paige Gorne Ceasar was cut short. On September 29, 2023, Paige was at a nightclub on Broad Street when gunfire erupted. She was an innocent bystander in a violent altercation that had its roots in a previous dispute involving one of the shooting victims and the suspects. While three other individuals were injured and later released from a local hospital, Paige succumbed to her injuries.
