Charles "Boogie" Spurlock III, aged 36, was tragically killed on December 31, 2012, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incident took place near Spurlock's home in the 1900 block of North Ruckle Street, where he was fatally shot multiple times in what police described as an ambush-style attack. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene after receiving calls about gunfire in the neighborhood, but by the time they arrived, the shooter had already fled.
