Keyeon Jacobi Johnson, a 23-year-old Black male from Indianapolis, was fatally shot on the night of Thursday, March 14, 2013. His life was cut short in an alley between Capitol and Graceland Avenues, near the intersection of 30th Street and Capitol Avenue.

Around 11:50 p.m., officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots in the area. Upon their arrival, they discovered Johnson, who had sustained at least one gunshot wound. He was p ...
