Prince Bibbs, age 23, was found shot to death on December 11, 2011, on the near north side of Indianapolis. The incident occurred around 7:00 p.m., near the intersection of North Capitol Avenue and West 37th Street. Bibbs was found lying on the sidewalk with apparent gunshot wounds, while another victim, Rico Hawkins, 37, was found dead on the front porch of a nearby residence.
