On a cold December evening in Indianapolis in 2011, the lives of two families were irrevocably shattered by an act of violence that remains a mystery to this day. Prince Bibbs, a 23-year-old male, was found shot to death on a sidewalk in the 3700 block of North Capitol Avenue just after 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 11th. The grim discovery was made by police officers responding to reports of gunfire in the area.
